I stopped by Rite Aid for a few everyday things like vitamins, snacks, and some bath stuff, and they had pretty much everything I needed. The store wasn’t perfect or anything, but it was easy to find what I was looking for and they had more options than I expected. I’d definitely go back when I need to grab a few basics.

I booked my flu shot online and figured there’d be some catch or they’d try to make me wait around, but nope. I got seen fast, and the pharmacist was really friendly. Maybe they keep things moving so people don’t change their minds, but either way, I barely felt the shot. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Just a quick heads-up for anyone nervous about ordering from riteaid.com: I had to return something I bought online, and the whole refund process was way easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, I didn’t have to keep contacting support or repeat myself, and the money was back in my account within a few days. no drama at all. Based on this experience, I’d feel fine buying from them online again

"Login pretty much just works"
I mostly use my Rite Aid account for, you know, refills and checking my rewards here and there. The login has been really reliable for me, like I haven’t had random lockouts or those weird error messages that pop up for no reason. Even when I go from my phone to my laptop, it still works fine. It’s simple, that’s really all I need.

"Helpful pharmacist, but the wait wasn’t okay"
The pharmacist was really nice and took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated. But the wait was a lot longer than I expected, it doesn’t feel right to leave people sitting around without much of an update. Overall, it was an okay visit, but they definitely need to do better with timing

I was frustrated having to wait around to get my insurance billing issue sorted out, but once I finally got someone to help, it was actually easy. They fixed the problem without giving me a hard time, which I really appreciated.

I used riteaid.com to check my local store hours and refill a prescription, and the whole process was smooth. The site was easy to move around and didn’t hit me with a bunch of annoying popups or confusing pages.
Finding the store near me took almost no time, and the refill section worked the way it should without making me start over or re-enter everything. I appreciated how simple the menu was too, since I was just trying to get in and out quickly.
It did exactly what I needed and saved me from having to make a phone call. Super easy process overall, and I’d definitely use it again for quick pharmacy stuff

"Updates could’ve been a lot better"
I ordered from riteaid.com, and to be fair, the order itself turned out fine in the end. But the notification process was frustrating. I got one email saying my order was being processed, then didn’t hear anything for a while. The pickup text came through late, and the app was still showing a different status, which made it confusing. Customer service did respond, but it seemed like they didn’t have much more information than I did. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer updates when you’re waiting on an order, so hopefully they improve that part.

"Clean store, which I appreciated"
I stopped by my local Rite Aid the store was really clean. The floors looked good, the shelves weren’t dusty, and even the checkout area was neat. It made the whole trip easier, and dealing with a messy store is just unnecessary when you’re trying to grab a few things and go. Nice job keeping the place in good shape.

I went in to grab a refill and I really thought I was gonna be waiting forever, but nope, the line actually moved quick. The pharmacy staff was friendly too, and they got me checked out without any hassle. way better than I expected, so yeah, 5 stars from me

"Convenient, but a little hit-or-miss"
I like using RiteAid.com when I don’t really feel like going into the store, it’s just easier sometimes. Pickup is usually simple too. That said… the site can be slow here and there, and I’ve had a few items say they were available, then suddenly they weren’t. So it’s convenient, just not always the smoothest experience.
